A different kind of strategist

For years, I struggled to answer a simple question: “What do you do?”

I’d been called a consultant, facilitator, coach, board advisor – and none of those labels felt true. They were too small for the work.

I’ve helped design moonshots at Oxford, built private masterminds for CEOs, advised governments on innovation and resilience, and supported deep-tech ventures from lab bench to boardroom. The sectors were different, but the pattern was always the same.

I was designing the system that made breakthrough progress possible.

Today, I describe my role simply:
